Our radios include the first year of nationwide service at no additional cost. After the first year, service can be renewed for $50 per radio, per year. We advertise that there are no monthly fees, as many competing products require monthly service plans. The annual renewal information is disclosed throughout our website, including on the product pages, FAQ section, and during checkout. A representative has reached out to you directly to discuss your concerns and help answer any questions. In the event your contact information has changed, we have also requested your current contact details so we can ensure we're able to connect with you.
