Owning a small business that travels, I was in need of a solution that would keep me connected to my crew both on the road between vehicles, and at events. Rapid Radios was the perfect low-cost solution. These hand-held radios are an outstanding solution for anyone needing reliable, short or long-range communication without the limitations of traditional walkie-talkies. They combine the simplicity of push-to-talk radios with the power of nationwide cellular connectivity, making them ideal for both professional and personal use. The accessory options make the radios even better. Available add-ons like charging stands, protective covers, and hands-free headsets (I have all three) allow you to customize the radios for your exact needs. I haven't needed to contact customer service, which is a nod to the quality and reliability of their product. They did, however, recently add a slick customer portal that is super-easy to navigate. It allows me to manage all aspects of my account and customize things like the radio group and radio names.
