We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the service renewal cost, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns. To clarify, Rapid Radios does not charge a monthly service fee. The first year of nationwide service is included with the purchase of each radio, and after the included year, continued service is available for $50 per radio, per year. For four radios, that would be $200 annually. Customers who choose to enroll in auto-renewal also receive a discounted renewal rate of $40 per radio, per year. We understand that an annual renewal cost can be frustrating, and we strive to clearly communicate our service terms throughout the purchasing process. The annual renewal information is disclosed on our website, including on our product pages, FAQ section, and during checkout. We have requested your contact information in hopes of being able to speak with you directly, answer any questions you may have, and better understand your concerns.
