After the included service period, continued service is available through an annual renewal. When we state that there are “no monthly fees,” we are referring to the fact that customers are not required to pay a recurring monthly service charge. The annual service renewal information is disclosed throughout our website, including on product pages, our FAQ, and during checkout. Our radios use cellular networks to provide nationwide communication, so cellular service availability is an important part of how the radios operate. We would be happy to discuss how the radios are designed to work and answer any questions you may have about connectivity and coverage.
