We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must be to have paid for service and still not have your radios operating as expected. We absolutely want to help get this resolved. Our team has been trying to reach you by both phone and email, but unfortunately, we have not yet been able to connect with you. After reviewing all of the correspondence on our end, we have not received an email response from you to our recent messages. We are continuing to make attempts to reach you directly. If you are not seeing our emails, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder in case our messages are being filtered there. You can also absolutely call us at (616) 227-3466 and request to speak with a manager. We want to make sure we have the opportunity to hear your concerns directly and work toward a resolution. We have also reset your radios and would like to speak with you further about how they are currently working for you and determine what additional steps may be needed to get you back up and running. We also understand your concerns regarding the service fees and your comments about how and when you were notified of the annual renewal. We would like the opportunity to review your account and the fees that were charged with you directly and make sure we fully understand what has occurred. We truly want to work with you toward a resolution rather than leave you without working radios.
