I've been a customer of Racknerd for a couple of years now and I'm very impressed by the level of service and the overall professionalism that is displayed when interacting with them. I have a Web Hosting service and a VPS service that are in full production use and they have not let me down. I happily recommend Racknerd to my friends and to anyone looking for Hosting/Server products.

Have been with Racknerd for more than 3 years now... Dustin's personal touch to the service marks them out of the usual league always. As a seasoned sysadmin and a web host to critical applications... it is always reassuring that you have a great product, great uptime, and guaranteed support should you need it at any odd hour. Wish you good luck in keeping up the good service.

The price is friendly and the server is stable. More importantly, their customer service response is fast. I think I will continue to choose it in the future.

Been with RackNerd for two weeks and so far it’s been a very positive experience. Team ran a great community event for Black Friday and have been super useful and friendly. The hosting itself has been something I can’t fault so far. Great performance at a great price.
