Service was not provided, delivery was stuck in route, refund request was denied. Qwintry charged for the service and then requested that copies of the Recipient Passport and SSN are uploaded to their site. I was not notified of this requirement prior to my payment for the service, it is not mentioned in the terms of service online. I do not see it as a secure request and I would not use this delivery service if I knew of this. The parcel is not delivered or retuned, refund is not issued.
