I have been using this company’s services for 4 years and have ordered sports gear, clothing, and dietary supplements. A couple of times, I also ordered books for delivery. At the moment, I have received more than 15 parcels and am still waiting for two more deliveries. All of my purchases arrived intact and were packed very well.

I liked that they provide live agent support, not just AI. Overall, I find it to be a convenient service at a reasonable price. First I went and asked their support some questions to see if they were willing to help. And I was fully satisfied. The terms were a bit tricky at first, such as how to create a shipment. But I managed with the help of their assistant and the instruction on the site. There were 4 parcels from different stores. I combined them into one shipment virtually. before all of them were bought in different orders. Shophelp bought from the stores I chose. I bet I'm not allowed to tell brands here, ok, it was some clothes and a backpack from a popular brand, some books from a popular marketplace and a calendar from a merch store. All the orders arrived the same month to their office. Then I combined them and asked to ship. Delivery took exactly 36 days, almost every step was updated with average dates which is a relief for obsessive tracking number checkers:) The agent Ekaterina helped me change from a courier delivery to pickup at the last moment. I was out of town with no signal for some time so that was an essential change. big thanks to her:)! I got all the parcels at the post office the same day and opened them there. The packaging wasn’t torn or anything, it looked good overall. Now my cat uses one nice store box as a little house :) In conclusion, I would recommend buying with them. The prices were reasonable, the support was helpful, and the whole idea of buying branded stuff in the US was worth it.

Но опыт сотрудничества с Бандеролькой оказался гораздо лучше, чем я ожидал. Товары привезли без повреждений, все упаковано отлично. После отправки выдали трекинг, где можно было следить за доставкой. Пришлось подождать, разумеется, но в наше время это реальность, к сожалению. В дальнейшем думаю еще раз воспользоваться услугами этой компании.
