The APY is supposed to be 1.11% on my CD but my paperwork shows 1.10%. I have called several times and spoken to people that said I will be receiving an email with all the correct info but it has been 7 days and so far nothing.

Had trouble with my password, after a master reset and a refresher on my user ID I was able to remember my password and log in. Quick, efficient and great character. Wish at least half my interactions went this well when calling for support.

Online New account creation process poor. You created 3 CD accts when I wanted one. You created 3 individual accts when I wanted one joint account. You created 3 individual accts without my completed approval. Your customer service hard to reach. You only offer basic online acct features like read. No other acct mgt features. Acct displays wrong balance. I have low confidence that I’ll get my money back. Thank goodness this was a test with small amt of funds, others you guys would drained ALL my money from my primary bank acct. Poor service. Poor online system. Poor customer experience.

I requested a simple CD monthly statement and you denied my request. I would not recommend you to anyone.

We apologize for this inconvenience. We need to know what our customers want as we strive to provide better products and services. Currently monthly statements for CDs are not available however, you can view your CD balance anytime by logging into your online banking account.

Getting answers to straightforward questions concerning transferring CD interest payments to another account was way too difficult and time consuming. Also the online account information was so basic as to be nearly useless.
