My loan officer Kristina and her team were some of the best handlers in the business. I am so grateful they were able to close within a reasonable time frame with my Community Development Loan. I was even given a refund for some of the appraisal cost because appraisers were mostly busy and the one that was able to get there cost more than double the going rate! Kristina made a complex process much smoother and bearable. I’m thankful that Quontic bank was a lender for me when no others were able to do so.
