I had the pleasure of working with Vasiliki Athensopolis and Jared Maldonado, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. We were working against a tight timeline to get a loan closed the very next day, and when some unexpected confusion arose, they stepped in and worked tirelessly to keep everything on track. They were both so determined to get this loan closed, they worked well past the regular business hours. Not only are they incredibly hardworking and reliable professionals, but they’re also genuinely great people. It’s rare to find partners who consistently look out for your best interests and are willing to put in the extra effort when it really counts. I’m very grateful to have worked with them and would highly recommend their support. Outstanding work from the team at Quontic Bank.

Great to deal with. Made the whole process easy. Answered all my questions and helped me get my refinance done to the best of my expectations

Opened a MM account no problem. But, couldn't use it for over a month because - I don't know why. Couldn't add bank accounts for transfers nor add bill pay. Not sure why there is a hold to do basic banking.

We had an excellent experience working with Quontic Bank for our home mortgage. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and well-organized. A special thanks to our loan officer, Mohammad Hossain, who was incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire journey. He took the time to clearly explain all our loan options, interest rates, and closing costs, making sure we fully understood everything before moving forward. Whenever we had questions, Mohammad responded quickly and guided us with patience and expertise. His support made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. The loan process moved efficiently, and we were able to close on time without any surprises. We truly appreciate the excellent service and dedication. We highly recommend Quontic Bank, especially Mohammad Hossain, to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mortgage lender.

I had an excellent experience working with Quontic Bank for my mortgage financing. From the very beginning, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, transparency, and dedication. A special thanks to the entire staff, in particular Joseph, Christina, and Julissa, who guided me through every step of the process. Their communication was always clear and timely, and they made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. The level of support and attention to detail was outstanding. Even when facing tight timelines, the team worked efficiently and collaboratively to ensure everything stayed on track. Thanks to their effort, we were able to successfully complete the transaction without issues. I truly appreciated their commitment to delivering results and their ability to handle the process with both competence and care. The successful outcome of the operation speaks for itself. I would highly recommend Quontic Bank to anyone looking for a reliable and professional mortgage partner.

I refinanced a house with this bank and had such an awful experience! My loan officer Luis Meneses led me to believe that the refinancing process was maximum up to 1 month. It ended up being 4 months, with a much higher interest rate than what I was originally told. He told me that when closing, I would receive a substantial payout, to which I received much less than anticipated. The day of the closing, I tried to contact him, and was told that he was too busy to take my call. Even before that, whenever I contacted him, he was very rude, seeming as if I was bothering him. After closing, I received a letter stating that I owe money in taxes that was not paid during closing, which he had told me was being handled. This was a horrible experience and I feel as though I was taken advantage of due to my lack of experience and/or knowledge. I unfortunately am the one who suffers the consequences, as I’ve lost so much money throughout this process unnecessarily.

Went through the application process for a savings account. Verified by Plaid, added bank account information for the funding of the new account. Everything looked okay, until it was denied. It's puzzling that it is so difficult to open up a savings account. Even more confusing, why is someone denied an account with a credit score well above 800. Guess if they don't want my money, I just go somewhere else.

I opened a money market account with Quontic when their APY was decent but it kept dropping soon after. Honestly, #GoIdbIoom Iaboratories...now offers much better returns than these traditional options. I am really disappointed that Quontic isn't competitive anymore.
