I recently closed a HELOC with Quontic Bank and have a very good experience working with the team. Marcelo guided me from the beginning, and Recommended handling the application by email which made the process faster and more efficient than I expected. PATRICIA help coordinate documentation and kept things moving . Ray Made sure the application process stayed on track and respected my time. Vicky handled the final closing steps smoothly.. The loan itself was a bit more expensive than traditional options, but timing was very important for me and the team delivered when it mattered most. Overall , I appreciate their responsiveness, professionalism and ability to get the transaction completed efficiently. I live in Queens NY and this Quontic team is in Miami and processed and closed in my house 3/26/2026 started application around Feb 10 2026 . Thank you to the entire Quontic team .

I had the privilege of working with Marvin Harris and Sharon Ledbetter. They both provided exceptional service. They were quick to answer questions I had regarding my home loan options, line of credit, processing the loan, and, more. They were never hard to reach. Any anxiety I could of had was eased by their knowledge and support. I never want to go through a home buying or loan experience without them. I'm very appreciative for all Marvin and Sharon have done for me.
