Excellent product and easy to set-up and tear-down. Plus made with sturdy materials to last. Highly recommend!

The difficulty was getting a contact number a in order to make a phone offer. Once that was accomplished the order process was great, cost acceptable and shipping quick and easy. The only caveat was that when the package arrived there were scratches on the leg I order plus particles stuck in the velcro. It looked liked a "used" or returned leg. Maybe you ought to inspect your product prio to shipping.

I bought the 10x20 Arch canopy and it is sturdy. However it will not work for what I needed and I am selling it on craigslist. It would work great for a boat, car or as a party tent.

we bought your tent for our non-profit program that uses horses to heal humans and then out of the blue a wind came and took down the tent and bent up pieces. Contacted Dean Teng and he quickly send us replacements at a extremely fair price that got the tent up and running for our next horse event. FANTASTIC service!

We received tent 2 weeks ago and have used it 3 times. Has done a good job. Was in high wind this weekend and we weighted down with weights. The only thing i would change is the velcro straps, we have ripped out 3 already, they need to come up with a better solution to fasten to tent
