Good Product
I'm satisfied with the popup I ordered so far. Good quality and worth the money I paid. Heard about their good customer service, will try in the future if I need help.

The style of this tent is eye catching. I work a farmers market and it caught my attention. I knew it would be perfect for me so I placed my order. I am excited to try out my tent ! My only concern is the money I paid for this product the workmanship, in my opinion, is questionable. Next to where it was stitched are several slits where it looks as if the material has been pulled to tight while being stitched. Also, there are what appears to be many pin holes in the fabric. Hopefully my tent it will last for more than a few months and I will be a satisfied customer!

Went to my first festival yesterday. The tent went up easy with no issues and came down just as easily at the end of the day.

I ordered an 8x8 foot tent which arrived quickly. But the assembly instructions aren't easy to understand, and the carrying case isn't well- constructed. The zipper consistently splits, and one of the straps' seams ripped when I lifted it. The tent requires two people to raise it, not one as described. After emailing customer service, I promptly received a new carrying case at no charge. Let's hope this one lasts a bit longer!

The bag the canopy came in ripped the first time I tried to get it in my car. It slid against the trunk and I heard a tear so I stopped immediately so it did not get too far. Maybe canvas material for a bag for such a heavy item is not the best choice. I could probably tear the material with my hands easily enough if I tried. Not exactly "durable" as it is described. The directions for set-up were not best, but I got it up by myself easier than I thought once I figured it out. Unfortunately, the supposedly "elegant pillar-support roof design" as they describe it is a bit saggier than the pictures they have on the site. I had everything pulled tight but the roof slope was still drooping down more than expected. I'm afraid water might puddle on the roof if it rains during a festival. A velcro strap also pulled off while trying to set up one of the walls, obviously not sewn in very well. Lastly I found a piece of plastic that I have no idea what it belongs to as nothing seemed to be missing or broken and the canopy otherwise set up fine.

Hi Briana, all you need is contacting us, all that could be solved. And by the way, the plastic piece is the spares...

the canopy we bought was well made except for the cover which had many small hole which made it leak even in the smallest shower.

We purchases this rectangular sail and attached on side to our house and the other two sides to redwood poles we put in the ground with cement. We attached the sail using turnbuckles and stainless steel chain ( rather than the included ties). We had a big storm here and it held up just fine, even in the high winds. The sail is pervious so the rain does not puddle on it. Provides excellent shade on our patio while still allowing breezes to flow through. Much better than using a giant umbrella, you get a lot more coverage and it looks beautiful!
