I have ordered from Quictent US twice now for a specific product and both times have been great. The customer services group is great to work with and very responsive. I am in the IT industry and have run Help Desk and Call Centers throughout my career so I know the importance of customer service. Quictent US has great customer service.

I was happy to find a large tent at such a low price but i now see why .the poles are rolled light gage steel with seems .four of my poles showed up split.just putting it together you see how flimsy they are .these are not ment to last very long ..sadly disappointed.

Dean Teng of your customer service did a great job of helping me with my tent. A storm toppled my tent bending several framework supports. Dean helped me determine the replacement parts I needed, quickly gave me an estimate and sent the parts within days. Thanks to his help I was able to make the repairs and use my tent at the last tailgate party.

The enclosure is a good design, closes up well and sets up in about 45 minutes. I project that, placed out of direct sun and snow exposure, it will last years.

Quictent had them at a very reasonable price. Work perfectly for our 16x22 tent

I ordered the 15x7 greenhouse, from the recommendation of one of the bloggers I read. I was excited for the shipment, so emailed to ask for the tracking number, and they responded quickly....and it turned out...the greenhouse arrived earlier than I had thought that it would. Assembling the greenhouse was a two person job...but without really looking too hard at the directions, it went together perfectly. Easier than most IKEA furniture, and we put a ShelterLogic carport together a week later...waaayyy easier than that!!! The day we assembled the greenhouse, we were expecting a windstorm with 40- 50 mph gusts (ok...not great planning there) and the greenhouse held up awesome. (Now we've got it secured with cement blocks, so it's not going anywhere.) I will be coming back to get (2) 10x20 greenhouses before spring. Just need to get some more land cleared to put them on. LOVE THIS PRODUCT and the customer service, and have already recommended it several times.

Hello, I received my 48X48X 78 grow tent last week and couldn't be any more satisfied. What an OUTSTANDING value and quality along with a great price point. I must admit that I was a little nervous about the quality expected given the price versus ALL the other manufactures. Turns out that worry was for nothing once I started putting it together. Quictent, thank you for such a great product, Kevin
