Exceptional customer service. These guys took customer service to a different level. Strongly recommend this company.

Poor Quality of product. Purchased 2-10x10 canopies and 1-10x20 canopy. Some of the frame tubing was splitting before set up. A little wind and the tubing buckled and ripped. Anchoring the canopies became a problem when the hold-down tabs ripped off - so, nothing to attach the stakes/ropes to.

Our greenhouse is a very good product. A few improvements will make this item great. The only complaint we have is that the two door zippers were not put in very well in several places, leaving a small hole or bunched fabric.

I love my tent. However, the instructions said it could be erected by one person. Not so. You definitely need help - I had to enlist two people to assist. I'm not too fond of the curtains supplied so I made my own from mosquito netting. I wanted a more feminine touch and net curtains float in the breeze.

I purchased a canopy from quick tent almost 2 1/2 years ago. We used it several times and it's been through rain and high winds. We anchored it down pretty good so we experienced no problems. In fact, we first put it up in March and didn't take it down until October!! Anchoring the tent properly is definitely the key. This year we put it up in the summer for an event but unfortunately did not anchor it bc we were in a hurry; a sudden storm came along and it collapsed, breaking some poles and plastic parts. I contacted Quictent's customer service to see how we could get replacement poles & parts and what the cost would be. Unbelievably we were told that the parts would be sent quickly and get this.....at no cost to us!! I honestly have never dealt with such a great customer service dept. such as Quictent!! The gentleman (Green) that helped us was not only knowledgeable & helpful, but so pleasant to deal with...I am still amazed at the excellent service we received! I have told all my friends & family about this company & I know they'll receive a lot of business in the future! Thank you Quictent!! You are our new go-to for canopy/tent needs! Love you guys!

I bought a ten / twenty car port from quictent.. one night set up. That cock sucker took off like a kit .. bent all the scissor supports and folded up like a snot rag.. very poor. Bad product. Wast of money.

Although I have not set up the party tent I have inspected all components and can tell you Quictent US has a great product, sturdy construction and superb customer service. I have a unique purpose for this 30' x 10' party tent, it will provide shelter for a sailboat I'm currently renovating and need to keep it in the dry. To do this I needed to customize the tent somewhat by raising it up approximately 6' to allow enough room so I could walk around on top of the boat while working on the deck. After contacting Quictent US and describing my situation I received an email from Green (representative of Quictent US) and we worked out a solution. Quictent US went above and beyond to help me out which is very refreshing these days. Highly recommend this company.
