I received my tent with plastic legs. The tent I viewed on line showed and advertised steel legs. Using the email provided with the tent, I contacted customer service. They verified my purchase and promptly sent out four steel legs no cost to me! Very pleasant to deal with. I would feel very comfortable buy any products from them again! They stand behind their products

I really want to give 5 stars based on the combination of the excellent customer service by Green and the 10'x30' banquet tent I purchased, but the tent's rods has flaws in it's strength and the tent material isn't much better than a tarp. BUT, the tent is fabulous as a very temporary shelter and is excellent considering the price in comparison to anything similar! I purchased this through eBay and I would strongly recommend them and would purchase from them again. I do want to add a personal situation that Green and Quictent surprised me with! This April (2019), I had set the tent up but some overnight high winds in northern Indiana had flipped the tent upside down and most of the rods, if not all, had been broken or damaged and I was not able to reassemble the tent. I contacted customer service through the eBay store to inquire whether they sell replacement rods. To my absolute surprise, Quictent replaced the entire tent without charge!! Again, I would love to give 5 stars, but since this is not a commercial grade tent, you do get what you can afford and I couldn't afford a commercial grade tent. Many blessings to Green and Quictent!

Mr. Green in customer service was awesome. He helped me in every way possible to resolve my issue. Even though my product failed, he was very patient, understanding and professional in finding a solution to my problem. I am very pleased with the way customer service handles their customers and their problems.

I bought mine from amazon back in February. I didn't assemble until April and noticed there was a part missing, so missed the amazon return window. I was able to rig the assembly to work. On the instructions there is contact info for customer service, I sent and email explaining the missing part. To my great surprise I got a response and the Quictent team sent me the missing part. Don't hesitate to buy from this company. The greenhouse is doing great. Held up during two Chicago April snow storms and kept my plants warm and safe.

Good Morning, Green A friend, Nick and I unpacked your “Improved Heavy Duty Carport 10’ W x 20’L x 8’4” H” Saturday before last. All parts received on-time, in good condition, although one of the #1 straight poles had a dented/partially collapsed end-hole opening which required some reshaping on an anvil horn to bring it back into it’s original, round shape. That said, we started our assembly after lunch, a little awkward for us due to the assembled height. We used two ladders one, 8’ step ladder and another 4’ step ladder. Beginning on the West-end, connecting our first A-Frame together, assembling it flat, on the ground, raising the completed A-frame to vertical, adding ridge and side perimeter poles. Now connecting everything we had just assembled to the middle A-frame. The middle A-frame was assembled by attaching frame fittings to the ridge top adding straight poles to connect to each of the side pole fittings, adding a leg and foot to each side. Next connecting ridgetop and side poles, to extend our standing frame to connect with the final East-end A-frame. To be assembled in the same manner as our middle A-Frame. Thus completing & connecting the fully assembled framing. Moving the completed frame into final position we added the included steel cables, adjusted-same for proper tension, securing the feet to the legs with the nuts and bolts provided. We followed this by inserting the stakes, tent stakes & eye bolt tie down stakes. Forming a tie-down loop in one end of the nylon cord then attach this loop around the steel fittings of the upper perimeter pipe frame. Frame is separated allowing easy insertion of nylon cord tie-down loops. Tie-down lines were pulled tight, fed through the screw down eye-bolt stake, with the line slack form a quick loop 1/3 of the way between the foot and perimeter pipe frame. The loose end of the cord passed through the eye-bolt, up and back through the new convenience-loop then down, back through the eye-bolt in the same direction as the previous pass. The nylon cord follows this pattern until 6” – 8” of free cord remain. Pull the cord to increase hold-down tension until satisfied, extra cord should follow the existing pattern, use remaining cord to complete three half hitches that wrap multiple cord strands after coming through either the eye-bolt or convenience-loop pull hitches securely tight. We added the top tarp securing it to the West-end, A-frame first then the East-end, A-Frame. Starting on West-end Nick secured the back long-side as I secured the front long-side from the same end. With the top secured we attached a 24’, string of outdoor party lights, hung from the top ridge pipe with Zip-Ties. The tent/Carport was completely put together and ready for occupancy by 3:00 PM, testing the lights that evening. An interior light-string having 12 watt incandescent lights every two feet provided very ample interior lighting. My only regret being these cord and sockets were manufactured in a molded, black, rubber finish. Turns out I could have purchased them in a more appropriate molded white rubber finish which would have improved their overall appearance under the tent-top. Two weeks have passed and our area of the desert has had wind advisories mostly in the afternoon and early evening hours, daily with typical sustained winds to 25 mph and regular gusts from 25 -45 mph. We have experienced some gusts as high as 65-70 mph. The carport is located between my RV Garage and a hillside nearly as tall as my 16’ tall garage both A Frame ends are fully exposed to any wind from the Western or Easterly directions so to it has ample exposure to damaging winds. Still your Quicktent remains in place with stakes and nylon tie downs in the same position and condition as the day we erected the Carport. Obviously the frame design with rooftop canvas are very flexible, moving some with every breeze. Usually I have to adjust tie downs and re-insert stakes over a two week deployment in this type of wind. I really appreciate the no-side-panels design for easy access. The ball style canvas ties have also remained in place without any adjustment. In the past, I have used pvc clips with many green-house applications however your design is working well for me. Over all I am pleasantly surprised by your product and re-thinking some future projects. Thank you Green Sincerely, Patrick California Building Doctor

I am SO pleased with my upgraded Quictent 10x10 EZ pop up (4 sides) that I purchased on Ebay. It was exactly what I needed for temporary storage while I was getting a shed replaced. WAY cheaper that renting a POD. Plus it's pretty and waterproof and the "upgraded" version has strong steel feet. I did use my own extra strong stakes. BUT, follow the instructions for wind. I made the mistake of having it up when an unexpected 40 mph windstorm came through. It bent up most of the screws and broke two crossbars, but the fabric was unharmed. I was able to go to Home Depot and purchase replacement screws and I thought I rigged up a pretty good fix on the crossbars, but alas my "fix" broke. In stepped Green to save the day. All it took was an email to the maxlead.us gmail account where I asked about purchasing replacement parts (since it was totally my fault). Green sent me a parts list and when I told him what I needed, he immediately Fed Ex'd the two parts I needed plus an unexpected spare, for FREE. I'm very happy with the customer service and also the quality of the product. The screw and nut assembly (rather than pressfits) made it very easy to fix. Thanks, Green!
