Item was a bit more flimsy that I'd thought, but tents are to be lightweight. Once you learn how to use it, it was fine. Had some damaged poles and Green from customer service was outstanding, following up and getting me exactly what I needed to make the product perfect. Customer service was unexpectedly great if you have a problem. That's hard to find and is why I gave 5 stars. He understood the problem, was clear about what I had to do, shipped fast and followed up to be sure all was well.

Product is great quality very durable and exactly as stated. However the instructions are very vague and does not show exactly what is given. Still a great product regardless.

I bought our Quictent all weather canopy last November. We have used about a dozen times since then and have been pleased with the product. This past weekend we were hit with an unexpected wind that ended up breaking two of the cross members. I contacted Quictent customer service and the only question they asked was "Which parts do you need?". They shipped them the next day and they arrived before the end of the week. Our canopy is back in business! Thanks Quinctent!

Got the Queen Bed frame. I am a female, put it together myself and very easy with a 10mm socket/ Ratchet and with an Allen Wrench! This item is well made, sturdy and no squeaks “wahooo!” The customer service, responses were above and beyond. You guys rock!!! Thank you ;)

We have a 10x30 canopy from quictent. We lost a piece for it so i contacted customer service to purchase a replacement. I mentioned we had a party coming up in a few days so i needed the item asap. They sent me a replacement with 2nd shipping for free. Talk about customer service. Really appreciate the deed and quick response.

We recently purchased a Quictent shelter and set it up for storage but,50 mi.an hour gusts proved to be too much for the rope anchors. We required replacement parts for this shelter and we received prompt and courteous service form these folks in providing us with the parts necessary to restore our shelter.The parts arrived w/o any delay and all in good shape! I have had nothing but great service with this company . They always answer my messages so quick and have all the answers to my questions . They have lots of great products to try also . I would highly recommend trying this company out !
