I am so disappointed in this company. I put an order for 4 mint julip cups to be customed engraved late April. I received the items May 20, 2019 only after I called and spoke to someone on the phone. I went to wash the cups as directed by the company and the "engraving"design washed off. There was no engraving. I needed these cups for an event on May 25. I immediately emailed their customer service as well as left a phone message on their customer service line. They did not return my calls. I called again May 22 and left messages. Today is May 30. Quality Glass Engraving has yet to return my calls or answer my emails. While the quality of the silver plated mint julip cup was good, the design which was supposed to be engraved washed off. Their service and quality are terrible. Not a dependable company. I would recommend seeking another Engraving Company.

It took a call to customer service to get the free proof sent to me via email and when the package arrived two of the 24 glasses were broken. Besides these minor hiccups the craftsmanship was spectacular and everyone that received on loved it.

Nick was especially helpful when it came down to resolving design issues and production on the engraved glasses we ordered. Thanks!

Glasses look good, none broken

The product was good. Customer Service needs some work. In the course of placing my order, three different agents communicated with me. Instructions I gave to the first agent regarding where to ship the product were not communicated to the others, and my order was shipped (at the cost of over $400) to the wrong state. When I got the notice that it was being shipped, I called to try to stop the shipment until the correct location was identified, I got an automated answering service and never got a call back. So now I am faced with getting this large shipment to a location 1500 miles away.

Order was late after I had paid a premium. The placement and the style were good but you couldn’t even see it. Contacted company company never got any kind of response. Very disappointed it was a gift for a special occasion.

Our glasses came out great and were a hit! I expect to break a few glasses in the shipping process and all but 1 survived. Would definitely order from them again.

I made a $45 order one month ago and I never received a confirmation email for my purchase being shipped and when I emailed to find an update I got no response. This is unacceptable to pay $45 and get no update or product. I will change my review when I hear from the company and receive my purchase.
