Quality Glass EngravingReviews of qualityglassengraving.com

Glass came as expected

I placed my order online 4 weeks prior to when I needed the glasses (order of 175 glasses). I had requested to receive confirmation on the artwork, and never heard anything. 2 days before the requested receive date I still hadn't heard anything, so I called the company. I gave them my order number and they indicated that the glasses I wanted were on back order. Shouldn't I have got a call as soon as they had found this out, instead of me having to call and find out. They offered to do a glass they had in stock and ship it same day. The final product turned out great, just wasn't what I had originally wanted. I think they need to work on their communication.

Always great service! Thank you, team!!

I have ordered products several times and had them shipped to my home in Texas. I have always been pleased with the quality and beauty of the items.

There was an issue with my original order and they remedied this in perfect time. Such great customer service! As well, the glasses I ordered are beautiful. Thank you!

We love the wine glasses you provided. Beautifully engraved, an excellent quality glass and provided quickly to meet our needs. Will definitely order from you again..

I was happy with the order. I wish the pitcher I ordered was a little larger but very good quality. The engraving was beautifully done.

The quality of the workmanship is excellent!
