Quality Glass EngravingReviews of qualityglassengraving.com

These people do really good work.

I placed a large order on April 6th. I paid extra for 2 day shipping in hopes the items would be here for an event 2 weeks later (since the timeline is 1-2 weeks for production). It's May 4th and I STILL have not received my order. Every time I've tried to call the number on their website, I've been met with an answering machine. Completely unprofessional.

Thank You for the work on my order. I was a new customer and had a deadline for the product. The proof took a little longer than I expected, but it was perfect and the finished product arrived just days later. The vase I chose was a wonderful style and size for my purpose, and also a very good value.

The actual glass and engraving looked great and arrived on time. Unfortunately, I believe that the engraving caused the glasses to be ridiculously fragile. Two arrived broken and upon giving them a light rinse and polish prior to them being used, two more broke in the area of the engraving. So I ordered 13 glasses, but was only able to use 9. By the end of the evening (after they were used and washed) I was down to 6.

Fantastic folks to work with. Arrived on time and are beautiful!!

The glasses had poor quality engraving - I can't use them, unfortunately.

I wanted a classy gift to give to a client of mine who was buying a home. The engraved whiskey decanter fit the bill...looked very much the high end gift I wanted to give! Also, the turnaround on the engraving and the proofs was quicker than I had anticipated. I would order again from this comapny.

We were in a hurry. Project was done right, fast and everyone was happy with their glasses. Great execution.
