Super easy to deal with. Part of my item arrived shattered. It was quickly replaced. The people I spoke with were friendly and helpful.

The quality of the etching was good. I also appreciated that they contacted me to ask if I wanted to make the design I provided a bit bolder. They sent a file with my original version and the bold version, so nothing else was required of me but my preference. My only disappointment was in the quality of the stemless martini glasses--they don't have much heft.

I first discovered Quality Glass Engraving when it was still Tom's Glassworks. Over the years I've placed a number of orders, generally to get nice decanter and glass sets for wedding or birthday gifts. Most recently I got a flask set and one of the bullet glasses. Without exception, everything I have ordered has been beautiful and wonderfully made. I have never had a mistake or issue with an order. Everything is quality, and shipping is always faster than I would expect given the custom nature of the work. Add to that prices that are more than fair and I don't know what more one could ask for. I have been purchasing here for several years now, and anticipate doing so for several more to come. I'm sure that anyone who places an order will quickly understand what that is.

When I placed the order, the sales person was really helpful. After not hearing from the company after 4 weeks, I called and was informed that they are waiting for a re-stock of the wine glasses and it will be in that week. Delivery was promised for the following week. I called after not hearing back again after the second week and was told they are still out of stock. I understand that sometimes the supplier can be on back order but the lack of communication from this company was unacceptable. No one called to tell me the status of the order (it is all prepaid). I ended up ordering 6 glasses instead of the 50 because I needed it and not enough time to look for another company.

Super disappointed in this company. I ordered 30 engraved wine glasses and the quality of the engraving is terrible. I understand that mistakes happen. I was hoping that they would work with me to make it right. I reached out to the company 3 times by email, once using the form on their website, and once by phone over an 8 day period. Nobody has contacted me. I'll try to attach photos. I would not order from this company again nor recommend them because of quality issues as well as poor customer service.
