So far all is great. This is my Grandson’s second ebike as he was one faster and it has been better than the first. It’s better quality and functional.

These bikes are very decent for the price and I received the first two very quickly and didn't have to wait long for the third one ..our daughter has had a blast all summer on them and has nearly 700 miles on the m and grew enough over the summer to start riding the L model so we plan to purchase an x5 in the spring and save the mini for upcoming grandkids..had to replace a few throttles and a tire but they have been pretty reliable otherwise

The bike was delivered with damaged box the light switch was damaged I called and company they sent me a replacement parts in a week

The website lists everything in great detail, we had a confusion on order delivery date and customer service responded ASAP. The Bike came with detailed instructions about assembly. My son loves the bike!

This bike is the best value of any on the market. Top speed is 50mph with my son riding. The high points are the crazy torque profile (definitely can ride wheelies with this one), the high top speed, the awesome shocks front/back, and the ease of assembly. The turn signals, brake lights, and nice display are a huge plus also. If I get another bike it will definitely be this one. We already have 600 miles on it and the original tires still look new.

Yeah, it looks nice and it goes faster than a lot of other bikes around this price range but it’s not worth what they are wanting for it. It’s horribly built. I don’t know if it’s the motor or the battery that is straight out of China, but you can’t even go in to a small water hose puddle in the middle of your sidewalk without it glitching. And then screen going black, I have the X one spark M that only has now 90 miles on it and it has now went black screen and everything no power at all over one small puddle and no I’m not exaggerating. The puddle wasn’t even maybe an inch or two onto the surface of the driveway in my neighborhood and it also makes some crazy noises when you reach limiter on any mode a bunch of clanking noises. This bike is barely 2 months old and I’ve only ridden it maybe around 100 miles or less. I’m just guessing because my screen is black.just save your money and get the Nexvey or tuttio I have both and I’ve put 1800 miles on Tuttio ridden it rough and still rides amazing.
