Not worth the money
Yeah, it looks nice and it goes faster than a lot of other bikes around this price range but it’s not worth what they are wanting for it. It’s horribly built. I don’t know if it’s the motor or the battery that is straight out of China, but you can’t even go in to a small water hose puddle in the middle of your sidewalk without it glitching. And then screen going black, I have the X one spark M that only has now 90 miles on it and it has now went black screen and everything no power at all over one small puddle and no I’m not exaggerating. The puddle wasn’t even maybe an inch or two onto the surface of the driveway in my neighborhood and it also makes some crazy noises when you reach limiter on any mode a bunch of clanking noises. This bike is barely 2 months old and I’ve only ridden it maybe around 100 miles or less. I’m just guessing because my screen is black.just save your money and get the Nexvey or tuttio I have both and I’ve put 1800 miles on Tuttio ridden it rough and still rides amazing.

Hi Brandon, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you’ve encountered with your X1 Spark M. We understand how frustrating this is, particularly with the bike being relatively new and having relatively low mileage. While our bikes are designed for normal outdoor riding conditions, water exposure can potentially affect electrical components depending on where and how water enters the system. However, we do not want to make assumptions about the cause of the failure without properly inspecting the bike. Our support team is ready to help troubleshoot the black-screen/no-power issue and investigate the noise you described. Please check your email for our latest message. If we have requested photos, videos, or other information, these will help our technical team determine the cause and provide the appropriate warranty assistance as quickly as possible. We appreciate you giving the X1 Spark M a try, and we hope we can work with you to get your bike back up and running. — The Qronge Team
