My son gave the bike 4 stars. We enjoyed the ease of assembly with what was provided. He has had a lot of fun riding around with friends. We did experience some issues with the chain not being adjusted properly, causing the chain to sag and make a lot of noise. We did receive some instructions and a video showing how to tighten the chain correctly. We appreciate the quick response and help provided. Thank you Qronge and staff.

The bike was delivered with damaged box the light switch was damaged I called and company they sent me a replacement parts in a week

What I liked was the ease of shopping on the website, the navigation through the various models, the ability to zoom in. The bike is well built, hefty and sturdy. It rides smooth with decent shifting and acceleration. My only complaint was with the battery which wasn't able to achieve anything close to the advertised range. Customer service is outstanding.

The bike is priced very affordably did take a little long to ship does arrive in two different boxes boxes the bike itself is very fast the only thing that I do not like about it is that it is not street legal or able to be titled in tagged easily the seat is very uncomfortable and that it does not have front headlights great customer support.

UPDATE 2: Qronge shipped us a new battery and that immediately remedied the problem with our dead dirtbike. It now runs perfectly! After 3 days, the front break broke clean off. The whole bracket just cracked. The aluminum and all busted in pieces with no wrecks or off-roading activity. I sent photos and customer service immediately sent us the replacement parts. While I was extremely upset about the hassle with customer service when our bike arrived dead on arrival, I have to admit that they have made things right. They are making sure that our bike works as it should and that means a lot to me. I am changing my review from 1 star to 4. I still wish that they would communicate with us during normal business hours instead of replying only to email in the middle of the night, but I do appreciate that everything is documented. UPDATE 1 : Still not working. No working bike. They said they would replace the battery now.... I feel they need to give me my money back or send me a bike that works! If this ever gets resolved, I will update this but until I get WHAT I PAID FOR, I will spill all of the beans! TERRIBLE!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE. I HAVE A DEAD ON ARRIVAL DIRTBIKE AND I PURCHASED THE SPECIAL COVERAGE SO I WOULDNT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS BUT HERE I am! Bike arrived dead on arrival. Battery will not charge AT ALL. Company wants me to go buy a Multimeter tool and do electrical stuff MYSELF. They want me to disassemble the whole thing MYSELF. Power button does not light up blue ever. They respond to me through email once every 24 hours to remedy this situation. Nobody will talk to you! No remedy. No return shipping. No replacement battery NO WORKING PRODUCT AT ALL. NOTHING. If you purchase something for over $1200 the company should not be telling you to take the thing apart! Either replace this bike and take this one back or give me my money back if you aren't going to fix it! THIS IS TERRIBLE! My kid is crushed and here I am scammed out of $1200+. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THE EXTENDED COVERAGE AS YOU WILL STILL JUST GET 1 EMAIL every 24 hours! For $1200 the least you can do is TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

I enjoy riding my Qronge mirage bike. I like the fact that it can fold in half for nice storage. It is nice and sturdy to ride. The mirrors that come with it are not the best and I probably will replace them.
