Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

I was a bit disapointed when I saw the size of the boxes but OH WOW! A brilliant and challenging set of puzzles. They are brilliant, good quality and frustrating, which is why you buy Puzzles. An easy puzzle is no challange. Well these are. Wonderful!

Never gave much thought to a wooden puzzle but I'm So Glad I Did! Great quality, gorgeous, and relaxing. I love the little pieces that are shapes of animals or other things. I have 7 now! I just finished the ocean turtle. Gorgeous! I leave them out for awhile because they are so pretty. High quality and definitely worth the money. Hoping to get another one this Christmas. You won't be sorry.

Just went through the process of buying what i thought was a nice puzzle at a great price.. only to find out on checkout the postage was TWICE the cost of the puzzle itself. Needless to say you can't find out the postage cost on the website anywhere. Carefully scripted "faq". Don't like having my time wasted. Edit after puzzlesup reply.. Why bother replying? According to your website you are closing down today!! How can you continue to better your customer experience if this is genuine and not pressure tactics?! Scammers!!

SCAM company. First, I am in the USA and they are in Hong Kong, not a problem except they did not tell me that when I purchased. Now I want to return the teeny tiny junk puzzle they sent me but the shipping is more than the puzzle (paid over nine dollars to ship a 6.00 puzzle in a box as big as a deck of cards and weighing 3 ounces). There is nowhere to register and have an account on their site, and you can buy these puzzles on Temu for a few bucks and free shipping. Plus their going out of business sale is a lie, it never ends. Absolutely unscrupulous, do not buy, search the net for wood puzzles and buy them locally.

I haven’t ordered from here but it follows the same format as other scam websites: - targeted Facebook ad due to my looking at similar products - fake closing down sale which has (by the look of the genuine reviews) been going on for years - excruciating refund process, with a promise of a partial refund at the end - pretends to be a Canadian company but is in fact based in Singapore according to information on trustpilot What’s new and interesting though is the extensive catalogue of fake trustpilot reviews. Honestly, have a look; they’re genius! Around half of the five star reviews mention being dissatisfied with the delivery time (yet still give 5 stars?) As mentioned by a previous reviewer (one star) this Anna figure must be busy. Clever way of managing expectations. I would read the refund policy carefully before purchasing :)

I am jumping with joy. My 3 puzzles arrived today....12 days before promised. I have had to communicate several times with Anna because my debit card payments were not going through. Anna has gone above and beyond expectations. She is definitely an exceptional employee...a real keeper. It was a pleasure dealing with such a competent, caring person.
