Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

Puzzles up scammers
If you don’t check your email then this will slip through and no puzzle shows up. Keep your money, it’s a waste of time and money and you are likely to get scammed out of money.

I have not recieved the puzzles I ordered.
I have not recieved the puzzles I ordered. The e-mails I have gotten only show 2 orders are coming and there should be 3. If I don't recieve all I paid for will I get the money back?

Just got my first small puzzles
Just got my first small puzzles! I love the textures and the way they are made. I especially like the customer service, that is important to me. Now I feel confident ordering a large puzzle with a backing!

Improper postage - package could not be delivered
Same experience as another reviewer. Package was delayed, initially it said due to weather, then tracking indicated it did not have proper postage and could not be delivered and I should seek a refund from the sender. I am pursuing a refund. Do not purchase from puzzlesup.com

Slow boat from China?
First off they say they are ‘going out of business’ and I can find no evidence that it is happening anytime soon. My order must be on a slow boat from China!!! I placed an order many weeks ago. I still have not received my order and they keep saying it is coming soon. Then they told me I would have it yesterday of which that did not occur. They say 100% satisfaction but that can’t be true because I am not satisfied and they refuse to tell me how to get a refund. The purpose of me ordering the puzzles has come and gone and they can’t seem to understand that! In addition I just received an international fee on my bank account which I’m pretty sure is from them shipping from over seas! My advise is to find a reputable company! Now the company has asked for more information? We have been emailing for weeks!!! They know who I am what they have done. They took my money but failed to refund or give me my product!!!

If I could rate this less than 1 star I…
If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. It has been about a month now. I got an email from them a few days ago and they said the puzzles had arrived. I contacted them and got a tracking#. The tracking # now says, "In Transit to Next Facility. The package associated with this tracking number did not have proper postage applied and will not be delivered. You are encouraged to contact the sender/merchant to seek reshipment, refund or other available recourse." WTH?? What kind of company fails to put the right postage on a few lightweight puzzles?

FOUR WEEKS for delivery
I ordered a puzzle from Puzzleup after seeing their ad on instagram. The cost with shipping for a puzzle was $30. My complaint...it took a whole FOUR WEEKS to arrive. I ordered on Dec 30, 2024 and it did not arrive to my sick friend in Texas UNTIL JANUARY 22, 2025. That is 28 days to get a small puzzle from Puzzle up. They charged almost $10 for shipping and it took 4 weeks to deliver. What are they doing?
