Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

To expensive for the small size.
To expensive for the small size. They should advertise the sizes on line. Bought 9 they did not send me the free puzzle mounting kit that I was suppose to receive. Also took 3 weeks longer than it said when I paid! Will never order these again

It was easy to browse through the…
It was easy to browse through the puzzles and find what I was looking for. The prices were good. The customer service was fantastic when I had a problem. They were right there for me and took care the problem promptly.

Hello I ordered about 6 puzzles from…
Hello I ordered about 6 puzzles from here. They are gorgeous and absolutely so much fun. I was a little scared because I hadn’t received a tracking order or any update on my order but Anna Brown promptly responded to my email concerning delivery. she made sure to check for me and made sure to ask upon delivery if everything was ok and if I received it. Very very happy will buy again! Thank you so much.

I would like to give you a 5 star review but you only sent me part of my order. Several puzzles plus the free mounting offer wasn't included. I contacted customer service about this, no response. Easy site to navigate. Awesome customer service
Easy site to navigate and to order. Puzzles are beautifully amazing. Did take a few more days for delivery than projected. Anna Brown promptly responded to my email concerning delivery. Package was delivered and am now enjoying the intricately created and artistically designed puzzles. I plan on wall hanging all the puzzles ordered.

Fraudulent Company
Ordered an item and it never arrived. I believe this to be a fraudulent company with fake reviews as a cover up. Have contacted them on numerous occasions occasions who advised me to speak to my local post department, who in turn assured me there was no such item according to them and that puzzles up would have to open a claim. They have refused to do this, redirecting me back to my postal office, A PayPal dispute has now been opened! DO NOT buy from them!

We love the look of these puzzles
We love the look of these puzzles. Bought more than a few. Our grandsons, 12, 10, 5, come stay with us for the summer and we always work on and complete puzzles. These will be the first from Puzzlesup and we are hoping to be able to send each boy home with the one they like the best. Can't wait. The customer service for this company is excellent. We live in SC and for the 1st time in many years it snowed! Our order said delivered but we hadn't received any package. We emailed Puzzlesup and they responded immediately AND we had a few follow up emails. Great puzzles, great customer service.
