Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

Father of 6 who loves his kids gets scammed
On January 17th i saw these beautiful puzzles that would be perfect for my children while playing a game. I bought $92 in 5 puzzles and waited excitedly for them. Well I've not received a tracking email nor the puzzles. The money has left my account and now I know I've been scammed. If you as a company have a heart please fulfill my order. It was #207424.

It took quite awhile to get the 5 puzzles delivered. Anna was so great,and reassuring and keeping me up to date on my delivery. She was so kind and friendly. So pleasant and happy to help. It was a real pleasure to talk with her.

Quality merchandise

This Is A Scam!
UPDATE to my previous review. This is a scam. It’s essentially THEFT. More than likely to get your credit card info. I placed my order on 1/4/25. As of today,1/30/25, I have not received my order. I contacted customer service and their 2nd response was “POSTAGE DUE”. I have an order confirmation that clearly states “free shipping.” As my husband would say, “This is bogus!” I am awaiting the company’s response after I included a copy of my confirmation order clearly stating “free shipping”.

Pleasantly Impressed
I really had my doubts after reading some of the reviews. But then I received my 3 puzzles. They come in great containers. And, they are both challenging & well made. Great Job. My grandchildren & I will have a great time working on them. Thank You
