Mattress started to separate internally after about 2 years. They put me through an incredibly detailed warranty request form and pictures. OK done. Just got back an email saying they will decide if I get a warranty or not in 7-10 days. Really? No bed for at least 2-3 weeks after delivery.?! They did get back to me in 5 days after and proceeded to quickly ship a newer version of the same model. P.S. There is a label attached to the bottom of the mattress. They said that I must send a photo of that label or NO refund! Thank goodness I did not remove the paper tag!

I can't tell you about the quality of the mattress - I never got one. I ordered online and the rep lied to me about delivery - the promised a specific delivery date but didn't hit it. I called and was told by someone else they can never guarantee a delivery date. I would avoid doing business with them - they are not an honest company.

I decided to return the mattress and adjustable frame I had just ordered due to a lot of terrible reviews before I had even received them. Tried to reach them before ship out but was not able to. However, their customer service was great! No problem to return. They will pickup and no shipping charges since it was shipped free and I can keep the sheets and pillow they gave me for free. Maiya said some of their mattresses have been improved and they don't sell the defective mattresses anymore, so I may decide to do business with them in the future.

I emailed Purple Bricks several times but have had no reply yet. I need a new cooker, I have tiles falling off wall and also wall paper is loose in bedroom and I have damp which prevents me getting proper sleep. I phoned company several times but got nowhere and people answering phone do not speak clearly enough. I find company uncaring and incompetent. Glenn Oliver

Have no idea who this company is and probably would have never ever heard of them outside of the fact that they have attempted five separate times to withdraw 4995 off of my credit card. It has been Visa asking and notifying me that the attempt was made and it has been marked as fraud.

What a nightmare!!! This mattress is going back! Love the product, but for the principle of the terrible problem solving methods and the luxury price paid… it gotta go back. Luxury price, dollar tree service. No thanks.

What a bunch of fraudsters, they do not believe in full disclosure in advance, be sure to read all the fine print on the website, and be sure they wont tell you what you need to know in advance to be fully informed in order to make an intelligent choice. The mattress is not firm (they lie) and the mattress is hot! IT is a cheap product! And the company is the worst that I have dealt with in a long time. They duped me from the start. They claim the mattress is medium firm WHICH IS a total misrepresentation! It feels like a water bed! They deceived me and told me THAT their mattress only works the best with their foundation! What fraudsters! the label on the mattress I now see clearly says this mattress is not intended to be used with a foundation! The sold me a cheap FOUNDATION for at least 200% of what the retail price would be for such a cheaply made foundation, they also sold me an $80 mattress protector that they insisted that I buy to assure that I am able to return the mattress if need be within the 100 day FREE trial. more lies! the trial is not free, they charged me $250 and are saying the return is free, more lies. Dealing with customer service is like pulling wisdom teeth. They are the worst of the worst, avoid these fraudsters at all cost! I have been going back and forth with them for 3 days now, after a 60+ day trial and still cannot get them to come pickup this junky soft as wet noodles mattress. They insisted I test this faux firm mattress for 30 days minimum before initiating a return. Now they say they cannot take back the cheap way overpriced foundation they sold me or the way overpriced mattress protector. Clearly these clowns are running a deceptive practice in Utah and are thriving and making insane profits off of returns. WORST MATTRESS AND COMPANY EVER! total scammers!

This sounds crazy but I have loved my Purple mattress for four years; HOWEVER, I bought some sheets from them and I almost went postal over their horrid customer service. It was like I was asking to return a diamond ring. I went round and round with them for a month and they sent me more sheets!!! I can’t imagine trying to return a bed. I want to downsize from a king to queen size since my husband died but they have lost me as a customer. I will not but anything from them ever again.
