DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! The mattress is extremely poor quality. The cheap foam heats up and the bed gets extremely and unbearably hot … The mattress has a very noticeable dip on one side after having it only 5 months…. I am 103 pounds so weight isn’t an issue…No support so I’m also having terrible neck and back pain! Customer service will not respond. I got ripped off for almost $4000 for a piece of hot foam with no support! I have made a dispute with my credit card company to try to get my money back. What a disaster! Stay away from this scam of a company!

They shipped a damaged product to my wife and I. They give you an online form to fill out but never follow up Im over a week with this thing stored in my house waiting on their decision. Customer service will not help. Im now thankfully dealing with American Express to make the whole thing go away.

Sent them everything they asked for. They ghosted me and did not honor the comfort return / refund guarantee.

They apparently have ads that go in some games that literally won't let you close them. At all. I know nothing else about the website, but that really irritated me.

The sheets are comfortable & I love the SecureStretch. But I'm disappointed that, considering the cost of a set of linens, the pillowcases don't have an envelope/pocket. Every morning I have to shake the pillows back in, and sometimes in the middle of the night. I chatted with Purple to ask why my Navy Blue pillowcases had pockets, but the Purple didn't. I was told none should have pockets & they could open up a ticket ... Uh...Nah). I've ordered non-Purple pillowcases with envelopes/pockets; the colors might not be a perfect match, but that's easier to deal with than a pillowcase that won't encase the pillow. (I chose 7/5/23 as Date of Experience, but I put on the sheets on 6/29/23 & it's been the same every night.)

10/10 customer service experience. I recently renewed my warranty on my purple mattress and the process was very easy and took less than 1 week before i had a brand new mattress to sleep on. After 3-4 years, my mattress lost a bit of its firmness, I reached out to purple and was messaged the next day by Celeste, a team member at Purple. She was incredibly helpful and now i have a brand new mattress and am sleeping better than i have in months,

Owned for 4 years now after 3 years I wake up in the worst back pain ever I can barely move I have to use a heating pad just to get out of bed It's so painful like this is by far the worst mattress I've ever owned. I sleep on the recliner now till I can get a better mattress.

This rating is for the California king Purple hybrid mattress. I had a split queen sleep number bed before switching to Purple. What a world of difference it has been! I have now had the Purple hybrid for a little over two years now. It’s been truly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Every time I go on vacation I find it hard to sleep now, because I’m so spoiled by the Purple mattress. Aside from being extremely comfortable, the temperature also remains neutral. I tend to get hot at night, but the bed itself seems to wick away the heat. I’m not sure I’ll buy another brand in the future, I’m so happy with Purple!
