I ordered 4 items for Christmas gifts. I got 3 items. I called and asked 1 missing item to be shipped out in the faster way. Rejected! I asked that I WILL PAY for faster shipping to get it before Christmas. Rejected!!
The delivery system isn't organized. I do online-order many things but their service is not good at all.

The worst experience
The worst experience. The package failed to be delivered twice. It finally arrived a week late. I took the day off three times to receive the package as it was valued at four thousand dollars. The carrier dumped it outside of my building in the open. The item was supposed to be signed for and the carrier didn't bother. Purple claimed no responsibility for the failure to deliver the item and would only agree to a replacement if it was stolen in the event the carrier agreed it had been.
Customer service couldn't dodge responsibility enough and told me to be happy I had such a great product and left a hundred and ten pound girl to drag a king size mattress up three flights of stairs by herself because they couldn't be bothered to hold their carrier to the contract.
Don't buy from them. Ever.

I ordered a purple med firm Cal king…
I ordered a purple med firm Cal king mattress. Scheduled deliver was for a Tuesday. Everything arrived but the mattress we ordered. Called the retailer to resolved the issue. Person had to check with warehouse and Purple. Bottom line Purple is backed up and the Cal king is not a priority. They are only on standard size mattresses. Purple needs inform retailers so consumers know not to make these order. Bad business and a good way to loose customers.

WOW PURPLE JUST WOW!!
This is the second purchase that we have had to do just to get a bed. First purchase was with Mattress Firm on 5-29-2021, received them the next day and it was a nightmare. We originally bought The Purple 3 in 2 twin XL as we have a split king and immediately knew we needed the Purple 4. We called a week after the delivery and explained the situation and wanted to go ahead an pay the difference and get the Purple 4 ordered. I was told I had to wait 21 days to even place the order, additionally I was charged $100 on top of the upgrade fee from the 3 to the 4 which I was promised when we paid for the first bed that would not happen. So at this time I’ve spent $5241.91 with Mattress Firm, $3958.98 for the purple 3 2 twin xl (nothing extra was included, we got the sheets from your website, ordered the mattress covers through amazon and the Harmony pillows (paid for in separate transaction $170.13 we hate because Mattress Firm sent the small harmony pillows after we specifically asked for the tall ones and no refund on those??) then I paid $1282.93 on 6/14/2021 which was the difference from upgrading to the purple 4. I was told the twin xl was on backorder and that it would be a couple of weeks that was fine. The same night I was changing sheets on the bed as we do every week and noticed a huge area down the entire side of one of the mattresses where the purple grid had come loose from the exterior casing on the edge. HUGE Disappointments, I wasn’t sure if I had just made a huge mistake now that I have $5241.91 invested in mattresses that fell apart after only abut 24 nights of sleeping on them. I called to let them know and they could have cared less. My new delivery was scheduled for Wednesday June 23 and that didn’t happen they no showed the tell me the following day the twin xl was still on backorder from your warehouse. I was assured I would have my new purple 4 twin XL beds here by Friday June 25th and that didn’t happen either and was told to basically deal with a mid July delivery. Please note that my husband has been sleeping on the couch since 6/14/2021 when we discovered the mattress was falling apart which is completely ridiculous that happened to a mattress with the price tag that purple carries. I have asked for a full refund from Mattress Firm and they are suppose to pick up the mattresses on the 30th of June and then refund my money but I wont hold my breath. I have also just ordered direct from you 2 twin XL PURPLE 4 for a total of $4978.82 so now I’m in to PURPLE $10,220.73 and I currently sleep alone on a defective purple 3 mattresses while my husband sleeps om the couch. My husband is insanely furious that we have spent over $10k and have no idea when we will receive some professionalism, appreciation & respect from Purple that we are still even willing to do business with you after all of this drama. I hope to hear from someone immediately to let us know when we will get our new beds. And we want the exchange on the pillows as well.

Good quality mattress and pillow
I bought a Queen size mattress for myself from Purple. I can't stress to tell you how great of a mattress they sell. After I come home from work my body soaks right into this mattress. It stay's cool, it maintains it's shape and most importantly your back feels like it has the support it needs. Now I will move onto the PILLOW. It's heavy, it is good but it could use little bit of more neck support. I know you can fold it up and all that but it needs more neck support. For example one of those pillows you put your head into and all the spots left between your neck and head are filled in. That's something I would like to see in this pillow as a improvement but other then that, everything from here has been great even the sleep maps. I got that too forgot to mention earlier. I do recommend Purple if you want to trey something completely new.

Original Purple Mattress
With so many reviews of different products, people write their reviews too soon after purchase, while still enamored with their new purchase.
We purchased our new Purple mattress on November 27, 2017 for $1,412.02. I was excited to try them out and see how the gel grid could take some pressure off of my shoulders and hips, (I'm a side sleeper) and also be comfortable for my wife, (she's a back sleeper).
For the first two years we were happy. Liked the mattress and the sleep and comfort we had on it. Very soon however we started to notice that we had distinct body impressions in the areas where we sleep. I am 6' 4" and weigh 240 pounds and my wife is 5' 9" and..... Yeah, you didn't think I would tell, did you? All that aside, we noticed early on that we were making body impressions. So we started to rotate the mattress and look for other ways to extend its life.
However, during the last six months we both started to have more and more significant back paint, specifically low back pain as we were no longer feeling the support we needed. This support was still in the center of the bed - there was a nice little ridge down the middle where both of us could sleep well, but two people certainly can't share that.
We consulted the warranty and the fine print says; "During normal, properly supported use, this warranty shall apply only if (i) the materials of construction develop a visible indentation in the mattress greater than one (1.00) inch compared to the surrounding mattress areas after full recovery from load, or (ii) if the materials of the mattress crack, split, or otherwise fail during normal use and normal handling which is in accordance with Purple’s care and use instructions for the mattress. This indentation must be of large enough width and length to be considered a body impression, and only applies to the mattress and not to settling of the cover fiber-fill materials. Generally, to measure the indentation the cover would be unzipped and removed, then a straight-edge would be set on the mattress of length to be beyond the indentation on both sides of the indentation, then a vertically placed ruler would show the depth of any indentation. The mattress must be flat on the floor to be measured (so that indentations in the mattress can be differentiated from problems with your foundation or frame). Purple expects you to not experience such indentations, but if you do, it is covered under the terms of this limited warranty."
This is the problem - you will likely NEVER see an indentation of 1" so as to activate the Warranty. That being said, we are at the point after only three years of use that we again need to purchase another mattress because the support we initially had has disappeared.
Even though we did enjoy our Purple mattress for a time, I would not recommend them to a friend and I wouldn't purchase from them again.
