Very happy with their service. When the filter material I’d ordered was no longer available they found an alternative.. After I agreed to the switch the filters arrived quickly.

Thanks for your help finding a substitute when Purolator decided to make their product unattainable.

Had ordered a dozen filters of a different brand but were unavailable. They wrote and asked if they could substitute a different brand with the same quality and performance. I said yes and they arrived yesterday. They look good to me.

Very happy with the company that I ordered filters from, but not happy with Purolator that are not willing to sell individual cases of filters.

I was pleased with the communication. Would definitely buy from them again.

Was very disappointed in having to purchase an alternate brand furnace filter only because I couldn't purchase a high enough quantity of the Purolator brand. ...Don Reeve

I have ordered Purolator filters from Air Cleaning Specialists for years, but this year, per Purolator, I needed to have a minimum order (which is out of the league of the average homeowner.) I was contacted by Air Cleaning Specialists, offered a substitute at the same price, and was sent the order in a timely fashion. They were very helpful and accommodating.

You people where stellar making sure I was satisfied and received the right product. Thank you all. Blessings!!
