I have used before. Will not need one of this new order for a couple months. Checked for size, looked right

I did not get my order of Purolator filters since I was told Purolator’s policies had changed and I could no longer order just one case of twelve filters but would have to get a minimum of four cases. I substituted instead another brand that would fill my one case order.

When they couldn't fulfill my order with the product I ordered, they offered a substitute of the same quality.

Very pleased with this product, it fits our furnace better than any other filter we have tried.

No complaints.
