I ordered filters April 16 and didn't get them till July 1st. I had to buy other filters to use because I couldn't wait that long to get them. These were furnace filters that should be changed once a month. I emailed to check on them and was told they were having trouble getting them but should arrive by may 29th.

Only issue i had was that you didn't state up front that it would take over a month to ship. If you had said that i would have been ok with it. Also, you shouldn't have charged my credit card until you were ready to ship, that's not a fair practice in my opnion. I had to email you a week after my order to even find out that it would take over a month to ship.

Difficult to rate due to Fed Ex error not the company. I assume package was delivered to incorrect address. I was notified by Fed Ex that it had been delivered and dropped in front of my garage. I immediately went to look at for it and guess what.....not there. I tried to notify Fed Ex but not sure because I was unable to speak with anyone. I hope you can help me.

Can't really say anything about quality of product as haven't seen the filters yet. Ordered 2/13, took a week until shipped 2/20. Hope to see them soon. Pretty slow service.

I originally tried to order Purolator Air Filters but was told by Air Cleaning Specialists, Inc. that there was a minimum purchase requirement of 8 cartons. They convinced me that I would be happy purchasing another like and similar product where I could buy just one carton. I received the shipment yesterday and am not happy at all. The filters they recommended are not at all the same. In fact they're very different. The reason I wanted the Purolator filters was because I used one and found they did a much better job of filtering out the dust than the filters I was buying from my local hardware store. The filters I received from Air Cleaning Specialists are no different than the crummy filters I get from my local hardware store. If I had known that I wouldn't have purchased them.

I have used Purolator filters in my home A/C unit for many years. Now all of a sudden they won't sell filters by the single case. So I had to buy an alternative product from a competitor. Not very customer friendly.
