Though the item was no longer available, the company offered a superior replacement at the same price. Communication throughout the entire order process was superb. Will definitely do business with them again.

Very good experience ...placed order and received a call from them that there was an issue with the order but they offered an alternative product that was as good or better than the original product at the same price...took the alternative and it arrived on time...exactly what we wanted and have already suggested them to a neighbor...will definitely use them again

I was contacted that the company did not sell to individuals any longer. I was offered a comparable product for the same price, quantity and quality. I appreciate that the company still desired to fulfil my order even though their policy had changed.

Purolator changed the minimum ordering amount after I placed my order. I confirmed this on other sites as well - communication was great on their end even if I wasn't pleased with the change at first. Wasn't sure I wanted a "better" read that higher MERV filter as I was concerned for my brand new unit. However they offered a quality replacement item - and I will reorder from them when needed. Shipping was fast, and delivered undamaged to my door by UPS.

I initially ordered some Puralator filters. Couldn't wait because I found them and they were exactly what our HVAC guy said to order. About 3 days later I get email from this company that they can't provide these filters to me at this price as it is their cost and their website had to be corrected but would take time. They said they would send same filter by another maker. Not so. It may have been same quality but looked nothing like what I wanted. This experience was a little disappointing. I feel until they got the website fixed they should honor it. It wasn't that much of a difference. I would have paid it.

I was contacted about a change in the order to a different company because the first could not fill the order. All done efficiently and received the order quickly.

Change in a policy required a substitute filter. The correspondence was handled well and the substitute was comparable or better quality. Customer service after the sale was excellent.

Purolator are to be admonished for raising their minimum order. But the company that I dealt with to resolve the problem did an excellent job filling the order. The delivery co. UPS is the worst. Left the box of filters by the mailbox which is 1/10 of a mile from the house In a very rural area during a period of possible heavy rain. Not the first time for UPS.
