This is not the quality of Merv 8 Purolator that I have received in the past. Be glad to send pictures of both. I have packing slip from previous shipment.

The package was shipped on the 15th of December and I have yet to receive it. UPS shows it was never delivered.

The box it showed up in was crushed in the corner of it so 6 filters of the 12 were crushed on one side

Purolator makes fine products, but their new policy requiring a $200 minimum purchase through distributors means residential customers like me get left out. A dozen filters lasts 3 years; I don’t need 3 or 4 times that.

Tried to buy a carton of Purilator filters for my odd sized return vent.it came equipped with a Purilator filter. I couldn't find this filter at my local big box stores so I looked on line and found their distributor. Turns out Purilator sells these only if you order three cartons per order. At one filter every three or four months, three cartons of 12 filters would last nine years. What a stupid policy!!! Luckily the distributor found a competitors filter that was cheaper, could be purchased in qty 12, and had a higher MERV value. Thank you to the distributor
