just what I ordered at a great price fast shipping also

I ordered a box of 12 filters. Was told the minimum order was 3 boxes. I chose an alternative product.

Great Customer Service & Product

Like using these filters but Purolator will not sell one case to a consumer. Not a good way to treat a long time customer.

Great to work with. Did not have what I needed so quickly offered good alternative. Good communication and easy.

I had ordered a discontinued product but I was quickly informed by customer service. They reordered another product for me that was essentially the same after asking me if it was OK and I promptly got what I needed. 5/5 always going to be ordering from them from now on.

very easy to order and very fast shipping. Thank you

I originally ordered the same one that came with my new ac. I received an email saying that they do not sell them by a case. Only larger quantities. They did off to send me another manufacturer at equal quality. I have not used them yet but they look like the same ones I have. They also saved me some $$.
