Do not purchase your filters anywhere else. This is the only way to go.

I love your service but when I ordered my case of filters somehow I never saw anything that said my order would not ship for several weeks and due to my mistake I needed my filters asap. I contacted you all after several weeks an was told it would be several weeks more and then ordered one at my local big box store to tide me over. If I would have been made aware sooner it would have helped and I would have still ordered my case of filters.

I needed to find an air filter for a furnace that was actual size 23 1/2 instead of 24 inches. Air Cleaning Specialist made that easy. Unfortunately, the carton of six filters was delivered damaged. But I worked with Kim Wille from Air Cleaning Specialist and she had a new carton delivered promptly. So even though UPS smashed the original order, at the end of the day my experience was very good. I plan to order all my replacement filters from Air Cleaning Specialist and thank you Kim for a quick and easy resolution to a shipping problem.

Purolator makes fine products, but their new policy requiring a $200 minimum purchase through distributors means residential customers like me get left out. A dozen filters lasts 3 years; I don’t need 3 or 4 times that.
