If the screen protector did not provide a proper fit, there is a big chance you did not get the correct product. We have local storages across the continental USA to meet the ever-demanding shipping challenges. If it so happens that your order ran in red when you placed the order, this will get shipped directly from our international warehouse. I can confirm that the express shipping costs were refunded, you should see the amount reflected in your bank statement in the next few days.
