Hello Anna, Thank you for your review. I am pleased to read how satisfied you are with the buddy case. In the same manner, I sincerely apologize for the shipping hold-ups of your order. The company always strives to provide fast shipment. However, delivery delays are sometimes inevitable especially when this is handed over to the shipping partner. I am reaching out to you via direct email, and hopefully, we can both work things out. I want to ensure that we only provide a positive buying experience. I am looking forward to hearing back from you. Best regards, Erma Head of Support, Pure Sense Cases

Hello Elizabeth, Thank you for the product review and I understand your concern. Tempered glass is almost always sturdier compared to a regular screen protector. However, tempered glass can break for a variety of reasons even though it is stronger than a standard screen protector. It can break from impact, or if the glass edge or surface is damaged from handling or glazing. To protect the primary users who are kids and toddlers, our product team chooses a regular screen protector. I hope I was able to address the main issue. I am very open to any suggestions or comments to improve our service. So please contact me and we can discuss this further and work towards a resolution. Best regards, Erma Head of Support, Pure Sense Cases

Hello Ellie, Thank you for your review, and I apologize for the confusion brought about by your order. While it is true that the order came from a local Amazon warehouse, I can guarantee that this is not an Amazon order. We consign our products to their warehouse to keep up with the stock level. This way, our clients like you wouldn't have to wait for a long time to receive their orders. Otherwise, shipping will be from our international warehouse, which takes 7-14 days to arrive. I hope I have cleared the air, and I welcome any suggestions or comments to improve our service. Please send us a direct message if you need further information with your order. Best regards, Erma Head of Support, Pure Sense Cases
