I never received the product

Nearly two months since ordering two cases. Money taken, nothing received. Avoid.

I have yet to receive my product. I emailed to check on it and was told there had been a mistake in processing, but was assured the case would be mailed quickly and I'd receive tracking information. That still hasn't happened. At this point I'd prefer a refund.

Ridiculously long shipping experience. The quote given before and during checkout was only a few days. However, it is not divulged that it could take weeks until after your order is made. They are still using COVID as an excuse for the delays, which is ridiculous since it’s been years. I would have bought the case elsewhere, used, or just bought a different case altogether had they been transparent and upfront about their shipping delays.

The product arrived in great time and seems sturdy and we look forward to my son receiving and using it for Christmas. We'll have to write another review then. Feedback is; the thin transparent protective sheet that goes over the screen are very delicate and so tedious to apply because they get air bubbles in it after just one attempt. I think there might be another solution to this? Luckily we had sheet B to apply (the extra).
