The product arrived in great time and seems sturdy and we look forward to my son receiving and using it for Christmas. We'll have to write another review then. Feedback is; the thin transparent protective sheet that goes over the screen are very delicate and so tedious to apply because they get air bubbles in it after just one attempt. I think there might be another solution to this? Luckily we had sheet B to apply (the extra).

Couldn't buy this product from a retailer in Australia so purchased directly from the Pure Sense website. Arrived to our address in Australia via FedEx in three days, that is better than the time most Australian retailers can deliver in. We have had the product before, this was a new case for a new iPad. It is a great product for kids and Im not aware of an equivalent product with any other manufacturer.

Great product and price. Unfortunately, the case did not fit our iPad. Apparently I did not know the generation ours was…. My error as it is stated in the description. However, sent an email for a refund and response was within minutes, super responsive and refund issued immediately. 100% will order again when I get a newer iPad.
