The produkt never shows up.
The produkt never shows up. Its now been 40 days since I ordered the glove. I have communicated a few times with their customer support. The 1st time after 2 weeks, they wrote they would follow up, which they didn’t. The 2nd time another 2 weeks later, they wrote they were missing the address. I sent it again, eventhough i could see in the Shop app, that it was correct. They confirmed to have received it. The status today is still: waiting for info. The money was of cause taken from my account at the day of the order as any fraud company would do. I know it will never show up, so I want to warn everyone from buying from them. Update 7th of October-26. Still no produkt or refund, just a normal scam Company.

Six weeks, no parcel, and a refund request nobody answered. The full sum went back this morning and your statement may lag a few days behind us. [email protected] finds me.

I can honestly say that this is the best purchase I have EVER made. I love this mitt! It works exactly as you said it would. It works perfectly. My house even felt cleaner after using it, especially on my furniture. Ordering was easy, tracking was accurate, delivery was on time, and the instructions were professional and thorough. I have already told many of my friends this is a must have mitt if you have fur babies. Thank you for a wonderful product.

BEWARE!
BEWARE! This company is a joke. I bought the Purepath gloves for pet hair removal. The company promise a 60 day money back guarantee and no need for any explanation. Guess what? It's a BIG LIE . I was told Return/refund is not guaranteed. You need to go through a lengthy process for a small refund. It will take several emails before you get a response. Then they will ask the reason for return/refund. Afterwards, they want you to submit a photo or video to verify the condition and issue with the product to open a case for refund. REALLY? Btw, I submitted my request for return/refund only few days after delivery. This is probably their way to get consumers tired of pursuing for a refund and they got to keep your money.

You contacted us only a few days after delivery and should have had your money back that week. Instead you were asked to go through a lengthy process and provide photos or videos before your refund could be considered. Neither of those is how a 60 day guarantee works. Unbelievable
Unbelievable! So easy and SO effective. It's pricey for sure for what it is, but it's amazing -- it works exactly as stated. I have 2 dogs that shed A LOT, and even after vacuuming my couch, rolls of hair came off including between cushions. Highly recommend.

Definitely does not work as advertised
Definitely does not work as advertised. Very disappointed! Tried to get money back but the aggravation wasn’t worth it. Do not fall for their marketing scam🤬

Doesn’t work
I purchased the product in the hope that it would remove dog hair from my automobile upholstery. It failed to do so completely. Would not pick up any hair. I have a video for proof. Hoping for a refund.
