Sketchy text after purchase asking for info that was on the order form through Shop. Increasing questions and directing to links. I didn’t follow their instructions via text-use caution. We’ll see if I actually get a product.
Response from PurePathOct 9, 2026

Does not work
Does not work. Really disappointed. Was hoping it would pick up the dog hair from my car but does not work like advertised, didn't remove hair. Would not recommend. Also email address for returns does not work so can't request a refund!
Response from PurePathOct 9, 2026
Apologies for the trouble getting through to us, Jenny. The correct address for returns is [email protected]. Send your order number there, and as long as you're within 60 days of receiving it, you can request a refund without needing to give a reason.

Experience was a nightmare
Experience was a nightmare. Took over a month when I ordered it to receive my product. First, it was sent to the wrong address after I had changed it twice. I would never order from this company again because of this problem. I finally received it today after a month of crap from that company.
Response from PurePathOct 9, 2026
Carleen, glad to hear the glove has finally reached you, and sorry the delivery took longer than anyone would want. If you need help with anything now that it's arrived, [email protected] is the quickest route, and our 60-day guarantee still applies.

I had one that I loved and then lost it somewhere in the house. Ordered again under the BOGO sale. Arrived today and when I used one I discovered that it does not roll up in the middle like the one I lost. Haven't tried the other from the BOGO sale so I hope it works better. Overall I'm happy with the amount of fur that it collects.
Response from PurePathOct 9, 2026
Thank you for ordering from PurePath again! We're glad to hear that the glove is collecting plenty of fur, though we're sorry that the one you tried doesn't roll up in the middle as expected. We appreciate you sharing this feedback and hope the second glove from your BOGO order works just as well as the one you loved and lost!
