I like the mitt. It's the real McCoy. The one on Amazon was a knock off. Be careful that you don't get subscribed to dryer sheets... or whatever else might get snuck in. Customer service was quick to cancel the subscription that I never knowingly subscribed to. It took quite awhile to get here. It would have got 5 stars if not for that subscription thing.

You have a U.S.A. address, but it's coming from China so was confused why it was taking so long to receive it. After finding out it had to get through customs now I understand.

Customer Service is heel snel, ik heb alleen nog steeds geen product geleverd gekregen. Als het goed is, komt het nu wel maar dat wacht ik nog af

I had one that I loved and then lost it somewhere in the house. Ordered again under the BOGO sale. Arrived today and when I used one I discovered that it does not roll up in the middle like the one I lost. Haven't tried the other from the BOGO sale so I hope it works better. Overall I'm happy with the amount of fur that it collects.

Thank you for ordering from PurePath again! We're glad to hear that the glove is collecting plenty of fur, though we're sorry that the one you tried doesn't roll up in the middle as expected. We appreciate you sharing this feedback and hope the second glove from your BOGO order works just as well as the one you loved and lost!

After contacting them with an issue, they promptly took care of my concern.

If the glove is not lifting the hair as expected, then it is not doing the job you paid for. We can offer a refund for the order, with nothing to send back. Please reach out to [email protected] so we can sort this out for you.

Seems to work just as advertised. Removed a lot of hair from my couch on the first use. Rolled it up so I could just pull the whole thing off the glove. Very happy with my purchase so far.

The product is good. Not as good as in the videos but surprisingly it gets the job done. Had to wait two months for delivery tho
