Gates lock and you can’t get out
Was locked in the gates at 702pm. There was no after hours number to call, no way to get out. We had to call the sheriff to let us out.
Response from Purely StorageMay 18, 2018
I'm sorry that you were stuck inside after hours. We take security very seriously and all signs say that the facility is only open from 7am to 7pm. We intend to lengthen the hours from 6am to 10pm shortly, but the change hasn't been made just yet.
