Purely StorageReviews of purelystorage.com

While we are deeply appreciative of your timely notification that our storage locker had been breeched, it exposed the need for cameras inside the buildings to discourage such break-ins. Just a suggestion.

Staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Plus, I like the security of having to enter a code to access the premises.

I rate 4 stars because of the difficulty accessing the storage unit. The distance between the building and the fence makes backing into the driveway hard to manage. I do not know what could or can be done to correct this condition because its root cause is property line limits and building layout. The young lady that signed me up was friendly, polite, courteous, and professional.

Very easy process and the managment is very open.

I love the fact that I have 24 hour access, but the driving area is full of holes and debris. When it flooded, I got a little bit of water in my unit, but other than that, I like it allot!! The lady in the office is very helpful and sweet

I wish 24/7 access would just be included in the normal price. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay extra for that. Otherwise, friendly staff and no issues so far. Seems secure.

Great service

I moved back to this area and they were very accommodating on move day from 200 miles away. They gave me a couple of options to make sure the move on a Saturday went smoothly.
