I have had no problems with this storage facility. My only complaint is that they offer 2 free months to those just now signing up for a space. Seems like they could offer a special rate to the loyal customers that pay on time every month for a year or more.

I liked the old owner, who wasn't the best but when he died his wife sold all their storage sites to Purely Storage and things have gone down hill every since. The only good thing is they kept the manager on.

Great customer service! Melissa helped me obtain the right storage unit for me and I was able to spend just a few minutes in the office to get everything going! I highly recommend!
