So very helpful! Price was incredible for my 10x10! You can not find these prices anywhere else. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with all my concerns and questions. They are very kind and handled a very stressful situation I was in at my time of move in with such professionalism but also with compassion and care. I would HIGHLY recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for one. You would be in great hands here at Purely Storage! -Nicole Gold

Bakersfield, CA Kern Canyon Rd Update: I still went with this storage company despite my anxiety. No problems to report so far (20 days) and i want to be fair and impartial. Cannot beat the value. I am glad to see a reply asking me to address any issues. If there is a number to call I would be happy to call with details concerning my assessment. Original Post: Customer service with the manager at the storage place was excellent. The reason for two stars would be the exterior security. I noticed while I was in the facility just how simple it was to get into the property by scaling a small fence. Razor wire is useless when applied to just a small portion of the exterior. The cameras were a bonus however the simple accessibility from the outside made my opinion of the facility drop considerably. Thieves need only a couple minutes to defeat padlocks and leave with all your stuff. Fortify this place and/or get an armed guard to patrol against the thievery!
